Gregory Gearhart, P.E., D.E.E.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Gregory Gearhart is a registered engineer in Mississippi and Louisiana. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute and is working toward completion of a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Mississippi State University. After graduation from the Virginia Military Institute, Greg served as a Civil engineer with a design-build contractor responsible for the design and construction of the Grand Gulf Nuclear Plant near Port Gibson, Mississippi. He was later employed by a mid-size consulting engineering firm in Jackson, Mississippi as a Civil Engineer/Project Manager responsible for the design and implementation projects. This work included water supply/ distribution, sewer collection/treatment, pipeline design, water well design and hydrographic studies/hydraulic design.

Greg has served as a registered civil engineer for the past 20 years and is one of the founding principals for WGK. He has a thorough knowledge of planning, preliminary and final design and construction engineering services for wastewater treatment facilities, sanitary sewer gravity mains, force mains, pump stations, aerated lagoons, etc. As Principal/Project Manager, Greg has a wide range of experience in a variety of areas. Professional affiliations include: National Society of Professional Engineers, American Academy of Environmental Engineering, Mississippi Engineering Society, and American Consulting Engineers Council.
