EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bill joined WGK shortly after the firm was founded in 1991. He became an Associate to the company in 1996 and became a Principal in the firm in 1997. He is currently serving as a Principal/Project Manager for the company. Prior to joining WGK, Bill was employed by a private consulting engineering firm as a project engineer responsible for the design and implementation of various public and private sector projects. His specific responsibilities included field survey data collection and construction surveying, project design and utilization of computer-aided design and drafting for the production of construction plans and construction documents. Bill has specialized training and related project experience in utilization of electronic survey note reduction techniques, computer aided design and drafting with AutoDesk Software and the applied Engineering software packages of AUTOPE, Softdesk and Cybernet.
