This project consisted of replacement of an aerated lagoon system with a 0.45 MGD oxidation ditch treatment system to serve the expansion of the facility. WGK provided sub-consultant services to Spencer Engineering for the planning, design and limited construction administration of the project. Particulars of the project included evaluation of jail waste stream, addition of screening and equalization facilities to protect the WWTF, Design of new facilities to allow the existing system to continue operation until completion of construction, project construction value was $1,000,000.
