SAP-19(13)S Franklin County – County Wide Reseal

In 2013, the Franklin County Board of Supervisors decided to program a County Wide Maintenance project to address many of the needs that were being noted on the annual State Aid Maintenance Inspection.  The resulting project comprised nearly 38 miles of roadwork.  As the County Engineer, WGK, Inc., was tasked with completing the design of this maintenance project in accordance with the Office of State Aid Road Construction guidelines.
